How long have you been in business?
Our brokerage opened in 2014, Central FL Realty Group is a family owned faith based business. Our standards are the key principles of our business practice which further define our corporate values of Respect, Integrity, and Customer Service.
CFLRG provides a full range of services to real estate owners and we are committed to delivering a high level of service offering comprehensive services to investors, property owners, and tenants.
What is your primary product or service?
Commercial and Residential Real Estate Sales, Leasing and Property Management.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Yvette Iturrino brings over 20 years of experience in Real Estate as well as entrepreneurial business management. She has a background in Mortgage Finance and mortgage closings. She has excellent skills in negotiating on behalf of the client.
Yvette, a former Mortgage Broker and Mobile Notary Closer, owned and operated her company for 8 years. She along with her husband, Jesus "Joe" Iturrino, successfully turned their mobile closing business to a National Mobile Notary Signing Company. Yvette has been on all aspects of the Real Estate business from prior collection; skip tracing experience on behalf of banks, mortgage finance, real estate closings and now Commercial sales & leasing. She brings an awesome wealth of knowledge and experience that will benefit all parties involved.
Yvette most recent experience is as a commercial property manager and administrator for a developer since 2010. She has managed a commercial portfolio approximately 300,000 square feet. Born and raised in New York, Yvette moved to Orlando, Florida in 1998 where she successfully opened and operated two companies and now has ventured into new real estate brokerage company.
Yvette just recently opened a new brokerage "Central FL Realty Group" and looks forward to providing the customer service that people are seeking. The biggest complaint in the industry is that the realtor does not return calls. It is sad but very true. For CFLRG customer service is 1st priority, we look forwarding to making that difference.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There are many companies that are offering property managment, not properly licensed or experienced and this is hurting investors/owners. Our goal is to provide the quality service that is much needed in the property managment industry. One of the most common complaints in our industry from any one is agents do not call back. How do they stay in business? As a broker and Realtor, I have experienced this with my pears so imagine the public view or realtors in general. This needs to change, we need to be customer service oriented! Central FL Realty Group goal is to provide this much needed quality service to buyers, sellers, and investors.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 1 location, although we are a small business we have a big vision. Our plans are to hire agents and expand. WIth that in mind, I am not looking for volume of agents because we want quality not quantity.
