Flight Info and Rates
Our hot air balloon adventures are available 7 days per week, weather permitting.
Rates depend on the size and age of your party, as well as any special in-flight activities like weddings or proposals. Early morning departures are a must to ensure proper conditions and gentle winds. We meet up with clients in southwest Orlando, near Kissimmee and the Disney area.
Before the Flight
Prior to the flight we’ll unload the basket, equipment and the balloon; then we’ll lay the balloon flat in an open area and the pilot will first use a fan to fill the balloon with cold air, then heat the air in the balloon with the burner. This brings the balloon to a standing position.. We encourage participation from clients during this process, it really makes the entire ballooning experience complete! Once the hot air balloon is inflated and ready, the pilot will take you and your companions on a journey over Central Florida that you won’t soon forget!

Up, Up and Away!
Once you’re airborne, it’s time to enjoy the flight! No turbulence or wind is felt in the basket because the balloon is floating along with the breeze. Take in the spectacular views of breathtaking Florida landscapes and skylines, and make sure to bring a camera and dress comfortably.
After Landing
After the flight, enjoy a champagne (or sparkling cider) toast with pastries, cheese and crackers.
Things to Remember
Time: Launch times vary depending on the seasons and sunrise. We’ll call ahead for exact meeting times.
Weather: High wind and rain prevents us from flying. We will call you the evening prior to your flight with current weather predictions.
Rescheduling: Should your scheduled flight be canceled due to inclement weather, we’ll reschedule for the next available flight date that fits your schedule. If you cannot reschedule, there is no charge to you.
Cancellation: We have a no-charge policy for cancellation that is up to 48 hours before the scheduled flight time. If flights are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled balloon ride, $75 per person will be billed to your credit card.
Our Pilots: All pilots are FAA certified commercial hot air balloon pilots and flight instructors with perfect safety records.
Insurance: We are fully insured.
Attire: Dress casually in comfortable attire. Be sure to wear sneakers or low-heeled shoes. We may land in a wet field or sandy area, so sneakers or closed-toed shoes are your best bet, no Flip Flops.
What to Bring: A camera!
Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the balloon for safety reasons and the consideration of our pilot and any other guests.
Transportation: Our chase vehicles transport crew and any balloon passengers. Family and friends can ride in the chase vehicle if there is room, or can follow in their own vehicle.
Place: We fly around Orlando, Kissimmee and Disney: We meet at Perkins restaurant, 12559 State Road 535 in Orlando, FL 32836. I-4 exit 68.
