How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since January, 2011, but I have been managing the HR function for over 20 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We are human resource consultants focused on helping businesses enagage their employees, retain their talent and manage change effectively.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When I was a store manager, I realized the main difference between my business and those busineses surrounding me was not what was in the store, it was who was in the store. I have spent over twenty years studying and applying leadership and HR principles to grow bottom line results through engaging the hearts and minds of employees, retaining the talent and knowledge within an organization, developing people to reach their potential and helping organizations manage business changes effectively. While the retail industry as a whole tends to experience employee turnover at a 70% rate or higher, I have produced turnover results between 15 - 25% for the past seven years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I do not provide PEO services, which is the most common offering for HR consultants. Instead, I help business owners identify the root causes of their pain and struggles with their people, identify remedies for how to resolve these issues and then teach the business owner how to apply the solutions. We don't just provide a solutiion, we stay with the business owner to ensure the solution solved the problem. Our main focuses are on helping business owners engage their employees hearts and minds at work, retain their talent and reduce employee turnvover, manage change effectively and provide solutions for the most common of the basic needs of HR. We will conduct your employee relations nvestigations, write your employee handbook, or develop a performance management system for you just to name a few of the project services we provide.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location. Our goal for the future is to grow the consultancy to include multiple HR consultants each focused on one area of expertise.

We are located in the Lake Nona area of Orlando, near the airport. Most of our business is conducted in our clients locations so we can best understand the business owners needs and desires.

We accept paypal and checks.

We focus maninly on Central Florida, but can offer services to any business owner looking to solve their people puzzle.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our founder is Scott Brown, SPHR, a twenty year veteran of the retail management and human resource management fields.

Monday thru Friday from 8am - 5pm.
