County & Circuit Mediators
Citizen Dispute Settlement and Family Law Mediations are informal, confidential meetings that offer individuals an opportunity to resolve disputes and avoid going to court. Mediations are facilitated by a professional mediator who listens to both parties and encourages a resolution. By reaching a settlement, parties avoid court costs and the uncertainty of a trial outcome. Mediation is a mandatory process for many Judges and courthouses, for it helps with keeping cases off the dockets. The mediation process saves money and time for all parties involved. Our mediators have obtained their Mediator certification through the Florida Supreme Court. As Mediators, we are qualified to mediate small claims, County and Circuit-Civil court cases. We mediate cases in a neutral location, attorney’s office and/or any other location agreed to between the parties in dispute. Mr. Roman is currently certified by the Florida Supreme Court to mediate in all three court forums allowing him to mediate cases claiming damages from 0 to 5,000 filed in Small Claims Court; from 5,000 to 15,000 filed in County Court; and from 15,000 or more filed in Circuit Court. He is also specifically trained and certified to mediate foreclosure matters.
