What is your primary product or service?
.Bijou's offers an eclectic array of unusual clothing,shoes and accessories.We have 3 locations, but we are not a chain.Each store carries different lines.We can dress you for any occasions.If you are a "Brighton" accessories lover, we have an extensive inventory at our Corrine dr location.And if you are a "Pandora" bead lover, we have it at our Edgewater dr location.
Our friendly staff can dress and accessorize you from head to toe for any function.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up very poor, and I always loved fashion. I would admire window displays and wished I could buy something,so I started to work in clothing stores when I was 18.And when I turned 30, I decided to try it on my own. Took a small loan against my house and here I am 20 years later with 3 stores.I am supposed to be a secretary....I hate office work!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a great customer service. We know our customers by name. We are not a chain ,so you will not see your outfit on someone else at the same event.People that hate to shop...love our stores. We make it fun and painless.We are not a high end store, we have moderate prices, we have something for every size wallet.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 3 stores, in 2009 we had 6.Due to the econony crash, we had to regroup.But the Edgewater dr store has been opened 20years, the Corrine dr store has been opened 10 years and the Eustis store 3 years.We hope to keep those many more years.
What type of payments do you accept?
Visa,Mc,Disc,Debit,Checks. We also have Layaways for 30 days.
