Spent 20 years in the mortgage banking industry previously, 16 years with Citicorp, regional operations and sales manager before opening my own company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I sell Price and Professional service. I offer a wide array of products from multiple wholesale lenders which offers me great pricing flexibility compared to a typical retail lender today.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one and no I do not plan to expand.

After maintaining a physical office for 16 years in Winter Park, Florida, I now do business exclusively on line to meet customer demand and better serve my customers statewide. My web site is now totally accessible by mobile devices as well as desktop.
What type of payments do you accept?
I do not have any fees that I collect up front from my customers. I receive my fees only when the mortgage closes.
