How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Saw the need for a management company that was geared towards the needs of the short term rental owner. We wanted to provide a service that was not only top of the line, but unique in that we provide an individual service based on the needs of the owner.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are not the average "cookie cutter" management company. Not all villas are alike, not all visitors are alike and we have enjoy being able to meet the needs of the visitor and the owner. We are a small company that offers individualized service!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location and feel that in order to provide individualized service. We are currently accepting more Villas at this time.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Personal checks, bank drafts and cash.
Which areas do you service?
We service the Disney, Kissimmee area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Company is owned by Cathy & Dan Mancari
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. - office hours. Our phones are answered 24/7 - 365 days a year.
