We manage Homeowner Associations, HOA's, and Condominium Associations in Central Fl.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
About 30 years ago, I enjoy woiking with real estate. I attended Kent State University, Licensed Real Estate Agent and CAM (Community Association Management) and I am a Certified Property Manager.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a small company who caters to needs of each association. We specialize in Homeowner Association Management and have competitive prices. We insure the association is not paying excessive prices in attorney fees, maintenance and administrative costs.
