How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a family background in real estate, I am the broker-owner and founder of Oxford Realty, Inc. Oxford Realty was founded in 1992, and since then our company has sold some of the most expensive properties throughout Central Florida.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Oxford Realty is the only company that specializes - exclusively - in the upper tier of the market. I have the rare designation of "Certified International Property Specialist" (CIPS), which I earned after successfully passing several international, challenging courses in real estate. I am also a Guild Member of The Luxury Institute, where I earned the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS)
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have only 1 location with a highly-skilled staff in Orange County, from which I service the Central Florida Market (4 counties: Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake)
